Yoghurt Sauce

  1. Combine yoghurt, black pepper, lemon juice, mint leaves, and cumin seeds.

Beetroot Hummus

  1. Combine chickpeas, peeled and boiled beetroot, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and (optional) tahini.
